headcanon that delivery drivers in gotham love delivering to wayne manor because bruce casually tips them $100 and up. they’ll be like “sir, you gave me a hundred?” bruce will be like “what? is that not enough?” innocently and casually pull out more hundred dollar bills and tell them to keep the change.

Black girls deserve to learn free from bias and stereotypes.

Most black girls experience this hatred at schools. And classmates are not the only problem, there is no support from teachers, too. That’s why they get so affected by their school experiences. Black kids deserve to be treated just like everybody else, they want to study, they want to learn something ,too. However due to prejudice they are 5 times more likely to be suspended than their white peers and it can ruin their lives forever.  National Women’s Law Center created this video to change the situation. Join the movement to help black girls feel normal and get the same opportunities everybody else has.

bruce wayne answering “yes” completely honestly, non-jokingly, with a deadpan voice when the media ask him in jest if he’s batman is a mood

#and then years down the line they find out he’s batman and bruce is just like ‘i mean i never denied it’

#bruce not caring enough to hide his identity has been such a staple for batman comics but even the writers don’t realize they’re doing it

#there was this early 70s comics about a killer sending his victims batman costumes and killing them while they had them on

#so the police started suspecting one of the victims might be the real batman

#but inevitably bruce wayne gets a suit so commissioner gordon asks him if he could think of a reason the killer targeted him

#and bruce just replies ‘no but the design is awful it’s nothing like the original downstairs’

#while alfred is just looking straight into the panel’s camera resigned

In Gotham Adventures #35, Bruce is made part of a jury for the court case of a man that was apprehended by Batman.

And he just fuckin. He Does That

What seems to keep his cover isn’t secrecy (though there’s plenty of it), but instead just how absolutely outrageous the idea is. Bruce Wayne?? Batman??? Puh-lease. I mean, have you seen the guy? Sure he’s a nice guy, but he’s far too busy having people run WE for him and going on pleasure cruises to be Batman. I mean, really.

(Good thing nobody notices the cool symbolic silhouette deal he’s got going on there.)
It’s likely become something akin to the ‘Ted Cruz is the Zodiac Killer’ joke, (check out this post) and Bruce often just feeds it, making it even easier to get away with. It’s fucking hilarious.

Those people are gonna feel silly since anyone with eyes could see that the butts match…. I mean, the facts don’t lie

I was thrilled to pieces when I saw this scene. Disney could have written Gideon off like some bully character who never really amounted to anything, or got what was coming to him like a lot of those characters do in their movies.
Gideon made something of himself. He’s a pastry chef, something that’s not traditionally a job for men in media. And as soon as Judy speaks to him, he immediately apologizes to her. He doesn’t try to shrug it off as no big deal, or say that it was just boys being boys or whatever; he knows he hurt her, and he owns up to it. And Judy immediately forgives him.

Well done, Disney.

Also the language that he used is not something that he would have most likely grown up hearing/using. Describing his failings as self-doubt that manifested into “unchecked rage and aggression” sounds SO MUCH like therapy speak. So he’s either gotten counseling to help him with some of his problems, or sought out literature to help himself. A++ disney :)

This movie is a treasure.
